What do you do with students that are lacking in enthusiasm and direction?

In the case of a transfer student, it is important to identify what they have been working on and for how long. It is the responsibility of the teacher to find music that the student is enthusiastic about to help them feel connected to learning. For current students, the goal is to switch directions to music that the student wants to play to help them feel that they are the most important part of the process.

Do I need my own instrument?

Yes, you need an instrument to practice daily on at home.If you do not have one, we can help you get one.
